    A member of the Rocket® family since 2021 and a Licensed Rocket® Trainer, she's a powerhouse of play. Think handstands and big smiles. Yoga found her in 2016, and Ashtanga and Rocket® Yoga have been her powerful path. The global Rocket Yoga family is pure magic: people from all over the world come together to practice, have fun, and evolve. In 2024, she co-founded Wild Escapes Yoga, and if you're visiting the Costa Brava, stop by her shala, Le Flow Yoga Shala.
