I am Ana Paula López, also known as Ana Pau.
I am a yoga lover in all its versions, a born healer and event organizer. After a total immersion in this ancient discipline in Mysore, India, I changed my life, literally in every aspect, from the high heels of my corporate marketing job to going barefoot. when I completely immersed myself in yoga.

My dharma is to catalyze yoga and wellness with the goal of helping us find growth in our personal paths, whether practicing alone with me or collaborating with my yoga colleagues or my great sources of inspiration.

Since then I have combined both skills in Marketing, curating events and in yoga where I teach, practice and organize events...yoga experiences in Barcelona and Mexico.
The range of yoga events I organize goes from teacher training, retreats, workshops and pop up events always related to well-being.

As a member of the Rocket yoga family since 2017 and with more than 700 hours of teacher training, counting only the certified Rocket hours and host of training in Barcelona and Mexico, I have created the Rocket yoga Playground where you’ll be certain to practice certified Rocket yoga in Barcelona.

in Barcelona you can find me, being Oxo's dog mom walking on the beach or teaching classes at the Rocket yoga Playground in Poble Nou or creating experiences for Juno House Club, Sabda Studio or in a sunrise yoga class at the Radisson Hotel.
