Full reviewPau was incredible at coordinating and organizing this amazing yoga retreat in Puerto Escondido. There was never any confusion because everyone was informed about the events and schedules. As a group, everyone was on the same page. I love Ana Pau and look forward to her next event!

FAQ
Do I need previous yoga experience to join? No. The practices are designed for all levels. You can come if you're just starting out, and also if you already have a regular practice. The focus is on reconnecting with your body, not pushing yourself.
Do you need to know how to surf? No, surfing is neither mandatory nor included. But if you'd like, we'll help you sign up for the schools available in the village, and you can surf in your free time.
How do I get to Imsouane? The most common way is to fly to Agadir or Essaouira and take a private car or taxi to Imsouane (approximately 2–3 hours). When booking, we'll help you with recommended options and can connect you with other participants to share transportation. How do I get to the hotel? Carmen and Ana Pau can help you arrange the shuttle.* These prices are not included.
Can I come alone? Of course! Many of our participants come alone. The group is formed upon arrival, and we create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment so you feel part of the group from day one.
What kind of food will there be? Local vegan/vegetarian food or even animal protein, depending on your diet.
What should I bring? We'll send you a detailed list a few days beforehand, but basically: comfortable yoga clothes, a swimsuit, sunscreen, light clothing for the day, and something warm for the evenings. You don't need to bring your mat if you don't want to (they're available at the accommodation).
