David Kyle was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2001 through a very creative and unorthodox vision of yoga asanas and philosophies through his teacher, Larry Schultz. These fundamentals have built the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa system through experience and experimentation over the last 20 years.
David helps students take ownership of their practice and its desired effects.
The Progressive School of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga now has representatives in the USA, Puerto Rico, Mexico, South America, Spain, the United Kingdom and China. 50 HOURS WITH DAVID KYLE IN BARCELONA IS AN AUTHENTIC ASSET IN YOUR YOGA JOURNEY AS A TEACHER
Here’s what you’ll master:
We will cover the sequences of Rocket I, Rocket II, and Rocket III. These series were developed so that practitioners have access to the advanced Ashtanga Yoga positions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th series.
The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student's ability to fulfill the positions in the series through the valuable empowerment techniques and drills offered by David's teachings.
Whether you’re perfecting or refining advanced postures, this training offers tools for you to improve your teaching skills and personal practice.

REQUIREMENTS
WELCOME EVERYONE!*
For certification
200-hour certification or one that can prove minimum teaching experience and training background.
1 year teaching experience is suggested
You must also have practiced Rocket Yoga and/or Ashtanga Yoga with a local mentor (when not available, please specify)
*You can also receive an attendance constancy in case you are not a teacher
