Manuel Oria is a yoga teacher and movement specialist. Puerto Rico highly trained in Ashtanga since 2014 under the guidance by David Kyle and many other Ashtanga legends along the way. Inspired by the community, Manuel teaches daily and leads courses Ashtanga and Rocket® teacher training programs locally and international with the clear vision of inspiring students to to take ownership of their own journey of movement. With an integration constantly evolving yoga, mind-body practices based on science, humor and performing arts, skillfully provides an education comprehensive and a safe space to relax.

Ana Pau certified since 2017 with more than 700 hours of Rocket® yoga in her experience, she is without a doubt the Rocket® teacher whisperer yoga to go to.
