ROCKET TT REQUIREMENTS:
Level 1
200-hour certification or one that can prove minimum teaching experience and training background.
1 year of suggested teaching experience
You must also have practiced Rocket Yoga and/or Ashtanga Yoga with a local mentor (when not available, please specify)
Level 2
200-hour certification or one that can prove minimum teaching experience and training background.
A minimum of 100hrs of Rocket TT with certified teachers
Member of the Rocket teacher directory with an updated profile
1-minute handstand in the middle of the room
1 year of teaching experience at Rocket yoga
ALSO CONSIDER
Training will be conducted in English.
This certification is one in Rocket Yoga of 50 hours or one in Rocket Yoga of 30 hours that is added to any level in our Progressive Ashtanga Yoga System.
Only applies for the 50hrs Level, if you do not have the requirements, instead of the certification you will have a Certificate of Attendance.
For the 30hrs Level all requirements are mandatory

Book your spot with either €300 or $6000 mxn (Non-refundable but transferable within one year to another Nauliland or event with Ana Pau if the transfer is requested and endorsed no later than October 1, 2024).
The final payment must be made in mexican pesos the first day of the retreat and it depends on your certification, accommodation and pack of experiences.

The brunches are in charge of the experts at Hotel Raíz, local and seasonal vegetarian food typical of the territory with top quality products from the local fields with the Mexican flavors that you like the most.
Dinners are chosen in places that we fell in love with in the surroundings of Puerto Escondido.
Ana Pau has selected the places for a total immersion in flavors and in its Mexican culture of the Pacific coast.

REQUISITOS DEL ROCKET TT:
Level 1
- Título de 200 horas o que pueda acreditar una experiencia mínima de docencia y antecedentes formativos.
- 1 año de experiencia docente sugerida
- También debe haber practicado Rocket Yoga y/o Ashtanga Yoga con un mentor local (cuando no esté disponible, especifique)
Level 2
- Título de 200 horas o que pueda acreditar una experiencia mínima de docencia y antecedentes formativos.
- Un mínimo de 100 horas de Rocket TT con profesores certificados
- Pertenecer al directorio de los profesores de Rocket con un perfil actualizado
- Permanecer en un handstand por 1 minuto
- 1 año de experiencia docente en Rocket yoga
TAMBIÉN INFORMATE
La formación se llevará a cabo en inglés.
Esta certificación es una en Rocket Yoga de 50 horas o en Rocket Yoga de 30 horas que se suma a cualquier nivel en nuestro Sistema de Ashtanga Yoga Progresivo.
Solo aplica para el Nivel de 50hrs, si no tienes los requisitos, en vez de la certificación tendrás una Constancia de asistencia.
Para el Nivel 30hrs todos los requisitos son indispensables.

Event curator,Rocket yogini, entrepreneur and curator of yoga experiences, certified Rocket Yoga teacher and host of many editions of Rocket TT in Barcelona, also a diver, astrologer, skydiver, surfer and everything you can to inspire and boost the fire in you, teacher of yoga.
And she is thrilled to be hosting this Certified Rocket Retreat for the third time in a row.As you can see, the first edition here in Mexico was the origin and watershed so that the community can grow and give a boost to this rocket family...be part of it!

ABOUT DAVID KYLE
David Kyle was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2001 through a very creative and unorthodox vision of yoga asanas and philosophies through his teacher, Larry Schultz. These fundamentals have built the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa system through experience and experimentation over the last 20 years.
David helps students take ownership of their practice and its desired effects.
