Manuel Oria is a Puerto Rican yoga teacher and movement specialist highly trained in Ashtanga since 2014 under the guidance of David Kyle and many other Ashtanga legends along the way. Inspired by the community, Manuel teaches daily and leads Ashtanga and Rocket® teacher training courses locally and internationally with the clear vision of inspiring students to take ownership of their own movement journey. With an ever-evolving integration of yoga, science-based mind-body practices, humor, and performing arts, it skillfully provides a comprehensive education and a safe space to relax.

Ana Pau, certified since 2017 with more than 700 hours of Rocket® yoga in her experience, is without a doubt the go-to Rocket® yoga teacher whisperer.

Mexican living in Barcelona, ​​she has been sharing yoga for years both in her classes and in events curated for other teachers and wellness disciplines, in her native country and in Spain.

As a student of David Kyle and a member of the Rocket® yoga community, she takes Rocket® everywhere, so Manu has to be on her agenda.
